- Five free 2.5-3h tours active: City Sights, Heritage and Culture, Singapore River + MBS, Sentosa Discovery (2x daily since April 1, 2026: 3pm and 7pm), Changi Precinct (9am and 5pm) — verify current lineup at fst.changiairport.com
- Pre-book up to 60 days in advance at fst.changiairport.com, or register walk-in at T2 (Level 2 Departure Transit Room, near Gate F50) and T3 (near Gates A1-A8) transit hall booths — official posted hours 7am-7pm daily
- Premium-cabin passengers can pre-book tours. 'Holiday Before the Holiday' hotel package (separate product, up to 30-day stopovers): Business/First ONLY get complimentary hotel stay + tours + SGD 40 voucher + lounge access for 24h+ stopovers; Economy and Premium Economy get SGD 20 Changi voucher only (no free hotel/tours)
- Singapore 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) eligibility is narrow — CIS, Georgia, India, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and select PRC passport holders qualify; nationals of AU/CA/DE/JP/NZ/CH/UK/US need a valid visa or long-term pass from one of those countries
- Singapore's SAF levy (effective Oct 2026) will NOT apply to transit passengers
